Terms of Service

1. About this service

Raspberry (“the tool”) is a private, self-hosted content publishing utility operated by Muhammad Fadhlan Nur Aulia (“the operator”). It publishes video files to a single TikTok account — the operator's own. The tool is not offered to the public, has no user registration, and serves no third party.

2. Who may use it

Only the operator. Access is limited to the TikTok account that the operator has explicitly authorised through TikTok Login Kit. No other person is granted access, and no account other than the operator's own is published to.

3. Your content

All videos handled by the tool are produced by the operator. The operator retains full copyright and ownership of that content. The tool claims no licence over it beyond what is technically required to upload and publish it to the authorised account.

4. Acceptable use

In using the tool, the operator agrees to:

• publish only original content that they hold the rights to;
• comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and with all applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia;
• not use the tool to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights;
• not use the tool to distribute spam or to operate inauthentic accounts.

5. Third-party services

The tool relies on TikTok's Content Posting API and Login Kit. Use of those services is also governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. The operator is responsible for complying with them. The tool is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, or sponsored by TikTok.

6. No warranty

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Video publishing depends on third-party services that may change, rate-limit, or become unavailable without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the tool, including loss of content, failed uploads, or account restrictions imposed by a third-party platform.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the tool changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
